Our goal is a website people can use with a keyboard, a screen reader, touch, zoom, and different motion preferences. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a design and testing target. This is an ongoing commitment, not a claim of certified or universal conformance.

Ways to use the site

• Use the skip link to move directly to the main content.
• Navigate links and buttons with Tab and Shift+Tab; activate with Enter or Space where appropriate.
• Close the pathway chooser or case drawer with Escape. Focus returns to the control that opened it.
• Use your device’s reduced-motion preference for still video posters and minimal interface animation. A labeled pause control is available on background videos.
• Increase browser text size or zoom. Content reflows on narrower screens.
• Forms provide visible labels and validation feedback. Telephone contact is available as an alternative.

Media and third-party resources

Background scenes are silent and decorative; surrounding text carries the essential service information. Important images have text alternatives. Linked third-party websites may have different accessibility support.
