General contact and organization setup forms are not patient referrals and are not continuously monitored. Do not submit medical records or patient details. The client-access page provides contact guidance, not an authenticated patient portal. Call for time-sensitive needs.
Partner workflow demonstration
All cases, capacity statuses, owners, and timelines in the public partner workflow are fictional illustrations. They do not show live patients, actual referrals, staffing capacity, or completed care actions.
